The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our enterprise customer base. Working closely with the CRO, you will be responsible for filling the pipeline, advancing deals, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert OEMs in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, trucking, automotive, material handling, and other manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
- Work closely with the CRO to align sales efforts with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
- Negotiate complex contracts and lead high-value commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
- Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape ClearOps’ go-to-market strategy.
- Take initiative in refining and optimizing the enterprise sales process as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive.
